You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your personal details change, update them through your account settings promptly.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. zz777 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared or inadequately protected your credentials. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. If your balance falls below the minimum, you may continue playing until your balance either reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold or is depleted.
Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Real-money deposits (with no bonus attached) can generally be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification. However, if a deposit bonus has been claimed and activated, the bonus wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal is processed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.
Most bonuses at zz777 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before the bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. zz777 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and potential permanent ban from the platform:
Bonuses that are not used or activated within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Check the expiry date of any bonus in your account's Promotions section before it lapses.
The VIP programme operates under its own supplementary terms available on the VIP page. VIP status, tier benefits and loyalty point conversions are at the discretion of zz777 and may be revised. VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and are non-transferable.
A bet is only considered accepted and confirmed once you receive a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive this confirmation — due to connectivity issues, session timeouts or any other reason — are not valid and will not be settled. Always verify your bet slip history to confirm acceptance.
Odds offered at zz777 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. If the odds change between the time you select a bet and the time your bet is processed, you will be notified of the new odds and given the option to accept or decline the revised price. For cricket matches including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODI and Test matches, the following settlement rules apply:
Football bets are settled including injury time but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless specifically stated in the market title. Esports bets are settled based on the official result as published by the relevant tournament organiser. For all other sports, settlement follows standard industry practice for that sport as outlined in the specific market rules accessible from the Betting section.
A bet may be voided where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without an official result; an obvious pricing error occurred; a market was suspended and the bet was accepted in error; or the outcome of an event is under official investigation for integrity concerns. Voided bets have stakes returned in full.
zz777 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, suspend betting on any event and settle markets in accordance with the most up-to-date official information available.
The game library at zz777 is subject to change. Games may be added, removed or temporarily suspended at any time for maintenance, technical issues or at the request of the game provider. zz777 is not liable for any loss of access to a game you intended to play.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a slot or casino game session — including disconnections, server errors or software faults — the game round in progress will be treated according to the game provider's malfunction rules.
